What an amazing turn out of clubs & cars to this year’s champs. The event was bigger and better then 2010 and with perfect weather the racing was great.
Sadly Tauranga Street Machines were unable to retain the title, with mechanical breakdowns, crook team members and no ladies on the team it had to be. It was a shame that some competition cars were ejected from the field even after passing scrutineering.
Congratulations to Te Awamutu for taking away this year’s honours. Well done guys!
It was a very emotional and moving send off to PK, with the tribute run and the scattering of ashes, our thoughts are with the family & friends. For an amazing man the checkered has finally dropped. Farewell!
To an end it wouldn’t be the event it has grown into without the fabulous organizers, amazing people, great friends, fast cars and Mopars of course.
