Ajay’s Photo Competition winners were drawn at the Waihi Beach Hotel on December 19th at the Pump House Pistons Christmas party.
Tim Mankelow, President of the Tauranga Street Machine & Custom Club, was given the honor of drawing the winners.
First place has gone to a gentleman who sadly has chosen to remain un-named.
The vehicle was a 40’s Delivery Vehicle.
Second place went to Hamilton’s Ross Hopkins for his 1966 Mutt. An ex Military Vehicle.
Natalie’s pick was won by Louie Pooley of the Coromandel for their beautiful Monteray.
Zara’s Pick was won by Brett Hopkins GTB A Truck.
Both Ross & Brett are members of the New Zealand Military Vehicles Collectors Club Hamilton Branch. We were pleased to have the clubs company for our Open Day & the Waihi Christmas Parade in December. You can check out the club at www.nzmvcc.org.nz
Thanks to all those who sent in photos of their vehicles. For us it is great to see the passion that drives the spirit of restoration and care for all of these vehicles, whether they are classic, custom, rod or retro. It is our pleasure to share in the experience.
